endeavour
to describe and picture our products to the best of our ability
to provide our customers with as much information and accurate
representation before deciding to buy. We ensure quality and
consistency of our products but due to the natural and
handcrafted nature of some of our product ranges these may vary
slightly in terms of actual size and colour from the images
shown on this website.

All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (£) and
are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) but are exclusive of
delivery charges (please read “Postal Delivery” section below). We
endeavour
to ensure that all our prices displayed on this website are
accurate, however, in the event of a product being listed or
billed at an incorrect price we shall inform you immediately and
offer you the option to place your order at the correct price or
to cancel it. If this is part of a larger order we will process
and dispatch the correctly priced goods to you in the normal
manner. If we do not receive your instructions regarding the
incorrectly priced goods within 7 days from our notification,
these items will be cancelled from your order automatically.

This website provides high degrees of privacy and security for
our customers to shop with confidence.

When you place your order via this website you will receive
automatic confirmation which will include your itemized goods,
price per item, delivery charge, total price for the order and
your chosen delivery address.

All goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right
to discontinue or withdraw any product at any time. We will
make every attempt to keep our products in stock, but for
various reasons some items may temporarily be out of stock at
the time of your order; receipt of an order confirmation as
mentioned above does not signify our acceptance of the order or
availability of goods. If we are unable to process your entire
order we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone or
email to let you know the situation and for you to elect to
either have us ship a partial order with the rest to follow or
to cancel your order.

Upon
proceeding to “checkout” you will be taken to our secure
server (https) where you will be asked for details that we
will need to be able to complete your order (please read our
Privacy and Payment sections below).

You have the right to cancel your order after proceeding to
checkout.
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as
possible by calling us on 01483 562669 or email via our "Contact
Form". Orders may be
cancelled at any point up to dispatch of your goods. Once goods
have been dispatched, please refer to our “Returns” terms and
conditions below.
If
goods have not been dispatched but your payment has
already been processed we will issue a refund using the same
method as the original payment. This cancellation refund will
be the total value of your order less £2.50 which is a small
administration handling charge to cover credit processing
charges levied.

Our secure server software encrypts all information that you
input before it is sent to us. We accept all major credit cards
via our Paypal secure electronic card processing system (you do
not require a Paypal account to use this method). All credit
card information is also encrypted by Paypal – they are not held
in text on this website. You may also provide your credit/debit
card information to us via the telephone or mail. We also
accept
cheques
and Postal orders, for cheques please allow 4 working days for
the payment to clear before your goods will be dispatched.

Postal Delivery and handling

Once we receive your order and your payment
has been cleared, your goods will normally be dispatched within
48 hours, subject to orders being received before 1pm (Monday to
Friday) and all items being in stock. For items that are out of
stock or are made to order we aim to deliver to you within 28
days and we will advise you if we can do so sooner, please see
section “Customer order and availability” above.

The
title and risk of the items sent shall pass from us to you
upon payment in full and dispatch of the goods to your
chosen address.

Upon checkout this website currently only
allocates charges for standard retail shipments within the UK.
We reserve the right to revise postal and packing charges as the
need arises or for delivery to outlying parts of the United
Kingdom such as Northern Ireland. Postage rates for commercial
customers will be quoted individually and vary according to bulk
shipments.
Standard retail postage and packing charges:-
We use Royal Mail standard parcel service with proof of postage
obtained for all dispatched orders. The service delivers
parcels within 3-5 days from posting.
Our rates for packing and postage are:-
Orders up to £25 - £3.50
Orders over £25 - £80 - £5.50
All orders over £80 - Free (UK Mainland
only)

Animal
Pure does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged
in transit. Royal Mail provide an insurance for any loss or
damage during transit and in this unlikely event we will
provide every support (such as proof of postage) to assist
you in claiming directly from Royal Mail.
Returns &
Exchanges

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase,
however, should any goods be unsuitable you may return them up
to and including 7 working days after the day on which you
received them. All goods that are returned to us must be in a
re-saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging
(ensuring that all returned goods are suitably repackaged).

Should you wish to return any goods for exchange or refund you
must in the first instance call us on 01483 562669 or email us
using our
Contact Form
explaining the reason for return. We will refund or re-credit
you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your
credit card once the goods are received, we will not
refund the cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of
posting as we cannot be held responsible for packages that may
be lost on return or liable for any damage during transit.

Delivery charges for all overseas orders
will be calculated separately. We will notify you of these
charges by email confirming the exact postage and packing charge
prior to proceeding with your order. It is the sole
responsibility of the customer to pay any import duties or taxes
that are payable in their country.

EU. Member States: if you are registered for VAT (Commercial
Customers) please quote your VAT number and you will not be
charged VAT. If you do not have a VAT number you will be charged
VAT at 17.5%.

If your delivery address is outside of the
EU, no sales tax will be added to your order.

Animal Pure Limited follows the requirements of UK Data
Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 regarding the storage and
disclosure of information. As such we are committed to
protecting your privacy and will not disclose, sell or
distribute any of your personal data to third parties, unless as
required by UK Law. The term Personal Data refers to any
identifiable information about you such as your name, email
address, telephone number and mailing address; any data that we
collect from you will be relevant and fit for purpose.
By submitting your personal data to us you are giving your
consent for us to use this data for the purposes of:-

The processing and fulfilling of your order

To contact you occasionally to inform you of new products
or special promotions.

Contact you occasionally for the purposes of market
research to improve our customer offerings.
We will keep
your personal data only for as long as is reasonable for the

products sold on this website, including but not limited to,
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree
that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Animal Pure Ltd
arising from any product sold shall be the price paid for the
product ordered. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law, neither Animal Pure nor any of its directors, officers,
employees or other party involved in creating, producing, or
delivering this website, content or products will be liable for
any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access
or use, this website’s content or products, whether based on
