Animal Pure Postal Delivery and handling - Free postage on retail orders over £80.00!

• Once we receive your order and your payment has been cleared, your goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours, subject to orders being received before 1pm (Monday to Friday) and all items being in stock.  For items that are out of stock or are made to order we aim to deliver to you within 28 days and we will advise you if we can do so sooner, please see section “Customer order and availability” in our full terms and conditions section above.

• The title and risk of the items sent shall pass from us to you upon payment in full and dispatch of the goods to your chosen address.
   

• Upon checkout this website currently only allocates charges for standard retail shipments within the UK. We reserve the right to revise postal and packing charges as the need arises or for delivery to outlying parts of the United Kingdom such as Northern Ireland. Postage rates for commercial customers will be quoted individually and vary according to bulk shipments.

Standard retail postage and packing charges:-

We use Royal Mail standard parcel service with proof of postage obtained for all dispatched orders.  The service delivers parcels within 3-5 days from posting.

Our rates for packing and postage are:-

Orders up to £25                       - £2.50

Orders over £25 - £39.99            - £3.50

Orders over £40 - £79.99           - £5.50

All orders over £80                      - Free (UK Mainland only)

Lost or damaged goods in transit

• We do not accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Royal Mail provide an insurance for any loss or damage during transit and in this unlikely event we will provide every support (such as proof of postage) to assist you in claiming directly from Royal Mail.

Returns & Exchanges

• We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase, however, should any goods be unsuitable you may return them up to and including 7 working days after the day on which you received them.   All goods that are returned to us must be in a re-saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging (ensuring that all returned goods are suitably repackaged).  

• Should you wish to return any goods for exchange or refund you must in the first instance email us via our contact form (see Contact tab above) explaining the reason for return.  We will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card once the goods are received, we will not refund the cost of return postage.  Please obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for packages that may be lost on return or liable for any damage during transit.

International Customers

• Delivery charges for all overseas orders will be calculated separately.  We will notify you of these charges by email confirming the exact postage and packing charge prior to proceeding with your order.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any import duties or taxes that are payable in their country.
   

• EU. Member States: if you are registered for VAT (Commercial Customers) please quote your VAT number and you will not be charged VAT. If you do not have a VAT number you will be charged VAT at 17.5%. 
   

• If your delivery address is outside of the EU, no sales tax will be added to your order.
